Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the plumber. Keep a written record.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Note that Providedgoodbye Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may also be able to help.
